The average stay here is five and a half nights. That isn't a tourist accommodation figure: it's the figure of people who come to Empoli to work.
Sixteen rooms five minutes' walk from the station, all in one building. That means that, if you ask us in time, we can say yes to a team of six for three weeks and hold rooms for companies with an active agreement.
But we're often fully booked, especially in high season: rooms you don't confirm in time, even under an agreement, we sell. If your dates change, write to us straight away: if there's room, we sort it out ourselves, without passing the request on to anyone.
People who come to Empoli for work almost always have an appointment a few stops from here: the IT hub based in the town, the food factories, San Giuseppe hospital, the building sites on the railway and on public works, the tanneries of the leather district twenty kilometres away. Arriving by train, you step off and you're already in your room; arriving by car, you park for free in the surrounding streets.

What a purchasing department needs to say yes
- 01 E-invoicingMade out to the company and issued as an Italian electronic invoice. The employee gets reimbursed without any argument.
- 02 A fixed rate for twelve monthsNo seasonal swings to renegotiate. Whoever books knows in advance what they'll spend, even in August.
- 03 Rooms held for you, with noticeFor companies with an agreement we can hold rooms, but only if you tell us in time that you'll use them. We're often fully booked, especially in high season: after the agreed deadline an unconfirmed room goes back on sale, even with an active agreement.
- 04 Self check-in with no time limitsOnce the documents required by the police (questura) are in, you can let yourself in at any hour from 15:00. Shifts, building sites, the last train: nobody gets locked out.
- 05 Free parkingOn the street all around the building, vans included. It isn't a reserved space: it's simply that here you park without paying and without searching.
- 06 A person who answersDirect WhatsApp and phone, not a switchboard. An invoice to redo or a delayed arrival gets sorted with a conversation.
