Corporate agreements
One fixed rate, for twelve months
What a purchasing department is happy to buy isn't a discount: it's knowing for certain what a night in Empoli costs, today and eight months from now.
Accommodation rates move with the season, with events and with whatever the booking sites are doing. If you send people on business trips, that's a problem: it makes budgeting impossible and forces you to renegotiate every time.
A corporate agreement removes the problem. We set a rate for each room type, hold it for twelve months, and put it in writing. We don't ask for a guaranteed minimum volume: if you send us two people in a year, that's fine too.
What's included
The four things we put in writing
- 01 A fixed rate for each room typeSingle, double, triple, quadruple. Fixed for twelve months, high season included.
- 02 A reserved allocation, with a deadlineA number of rooms we hold until a deadline we agree together. After that deadline they go back on sale: it's the only way to truly guarantee them to those who let us know in time.
- 03 E-invoicingA monthly summary invoice or one per stay, as you prefer. With a purchase order or cost centre if you need it.
- 04 No minimum volumeWe don't ask for an annual commitment. If you send us two people in a year, the rate is the same as on day one.
Getting started
Three steps, no red tape
- 01 You tell us how much you travelThree pieces of information are enough: roughly how many nights a year, what type of rooms, and whether stays are short or long.
- 02 We send you the agreed rate sheetOne sheet with the rates for each room type, the cancellation conditions and the payment terms. No long contract for your legal team to read.
- 03 Book however you likeEmail, phone or WhatsApp. The rate is already the agreed one: no need to mention it every time.
Good to know
Cancellation terms are more flexible than the public ones. People who travel for work change their dates, and that's normal: the agreement allows for it instead of penalising it.
The reserved allocation depends on notice. We hold the rooms until the deadline we agree with you. After that deadline they go back on sale, because a room that's blocked and not used is a room lost to everyone. If the dates arrive in time, the problem never comes up.
The tourist tax is not included in the rate and is due by law to the Municipality of Empoli: €2.00 per person per night, not charged from the seventh consecutive night.
