The number and the score are Booking.com's, with a link to read them all at the source. Further down, the reviews guests leave directly with us.
On Booking.com, a review can be left only by someone who has actually stayed: the invitation is sent after check-out, and the property can't choose which ones are published or edit them. That's why that number says more than a showcase of quotes picked by us.
From Booking.com we show the number of reviews and the score, with a link to read them all on the listing: the text of those reviews stays where it was written, because it belongs to the people who wrote it. Reviews that guests leave directly with us after their stay are a different matter: we publish them here, in full, when the writer agrees.

How they work, in plain words
- — On Booking.com, who can write themOnly guests who booked and stayed, through the automatic invitation Booking.com sends after check-out. There's no such thing as a review without a stay.
- — What we show from Booking.comThe number of reviews and the average score calculated by Booking.com, with the date of the last update and a link to read them all on the listing.
- — Why we don't copy them hereThe text belongs to whoever wrote it, and the platform doesn't allow it to be republished. Better a real link than a quote we picked.
- — How we collect oursAfter check-out we send every guest, without picking, the link to the form on this website. Reviews can be left within 30 days of departure and are always free: no discounts or gifts in return.
- — What “verified stay” meansThat before publishing a review we found the matching booking, by name, dates or booking number. If we can't find it, the review doesn't go online.
- — What we publish, and for how longEvery verified review, positive or negative, with the writer's consent and the text as it is: first name, where they're from and the purpose of the trip if they say, and the month of the stay. We only remove insults, other people's personal data and advertising. After two years we take them all down in the same way, as Italian Law 34/2026 requires.
