A room with cleaning, linen, utilities and Wi-Fi. No deposit, no utility accounts to open, one invoice a month. Beyond thirty nights you sign a transitional lease (contratto transitorio), and we prepare it for you.
Between a hotel and a rented flat there's a gap that nobody fills well. A hotel costs too much for two months. A flat needs a contract, a deposit, utilities in your name, furniture, and almost never comes with an invoice that can be made out to the company.
A long stay sits in between: you move in and find everything ready, you leave when the work is done, and the accounts department gets a valid tax document every month.

- — No kitchenetteIt needs saying clearly: there isn't one in the rooms. Around the building there are cafés and restaurants less than a hundred metres away, and the station has a supermarket.

Beyond thirty nights
Up to thirty consecutive nights, the stay remains ordinary hospitality in an accommodation business: you pay against an invoice, there is no contract to register and nothing for the guest to arrange.
Beyond thirty nights — same person, same room — a transitional lease (contratto di locazione transitorio) becomes mandatory. It isn't an obstacle and it doesn't change the service: cleaning, linen changes, utilities and Wi-Fi are still included. What changes is the document you sign, and we prepare it before you arrive.
For teams that rotate, the question often doesn't arise: when the people or the rooms change, each stay remains below the threshold. Tell us how the group is organised and we'll tell you straight away which of the two cases applies to you.
